Noticed today that muffler wasn't even attached to exhaust any more so took it off. Here are the pictures

WTF?!?!? That's just a shíty weld job man I'm sorry. You'd think QC would be better then that. 🤔 can you just grind it clean and weld it better your self? Be an easy job I think??

Yes it would be easy to weld but honda is supposed to be sending new one so I don't want to screw that up (I think honda will want this one). Worst problem is extremely loud and can't ride trails in black hills no spark arrestor

I think mine just broke yesterday while riding at Hatfield and McCoy. Sounds like a straight pipe now. When I let off throttle it makes popping sounds like straight pipes. Gonna ride today and investigate when we get home
