Do you have any idea on 'turn around' time. I will likely leave for MO in a little over a week, then come back down to Ark.

It varies. Usually few days to print and several days to ship. I'll know more once the first order gets processed to see how fast they are running.

Typically yes, I would still let them know your going to be late in case there are any last min call outs but if they are not there when you arrive you just check in the next morning.

No. Your card just holds the site. My guess is you will need to drive back to the office in your sxs the next morning.
