@JTW you previously mention about having to trim your TC bumper. Was yours closer than this to tire?

You could throw on some spring spacers and gain a little clearance.

LOL ..... i bet the spacers are a couple dollars cheaper!

I will have to look into that. Places like Rocky Mountain have them?
Yes they are cheaper....i ran spacers for a couple years before i got my shocks. Go to a local steel supply shop. 2" id for front and 3"id for the rear if you have load level.Schedule 40 steel pipe. I had 7/8th front and 3/4 on the rear.

It rides better with spacers vs. Lift. You're just adding shock preload. The lift changes the shock angle is what causes it to ride rougher
I’ll have to take your word for the ride quality... I just know mine road like s*** with the preload cranked up.

Finally finished up installing new tires, beadlocks, and rear spacers. With pressure at 10# each, all tires sit at full 28". I haven't noticed any rubbing after trimming the skidplate, but have not been anywhere to push the suspension to the limit.5a9244869fa36d6ee96f49113b4a4e2a

yes its close. I personally if you don't want a big difference but want stability do 1" Spacers on all 4
I am seeing guys the do a 1/2 different from front to back and some doing a 1 inch difference. I am get some wheel that are 38mm offset mounted on 28x10x14 tires. Which size spacers do I need to have a even track?

I would go with the wide track bundle, a pair of 1" and a pair of 1.5 and dont forget the 10off using taketen

What is the toque setting to mount to the hub and the setting to mount the tire 96 ft lbs?

Being in SE La., we have plenty of mud, BUT I am waaaaay past my mud riding days and do all possible to avoid it now. Most of my recreational riding will be in the hills ...... somewhere.
Tusk brand from RMATV has very good prices on beadlock wheels.
pay attn to take offs ,can am 2019 x3 bead lock wheel w tires ranging 28” 29” and 30” bighorns 2.0 that state 8 ply rating on the side walls .
Pat attn to the offsets. And u won’t have any center caps. But 500 for complete set bead locks w like new hard to beat ,

I bought a set w the 29 9 14 ft w 29 11 14 rears. The ft rims are 7” w a 6,1 offset ,the only trouble I had w a2016 deluxe 5 was on the stock lower a frame ,there’s a small tube weld on it and the inside of wheel barely rubbed.there seemed to be no purpose for this one inch long by 3/8 tube so I just cut it off.The rear rims are wider, but are not offset much .The ft width of the machine measures one inch wider than the rear ,going to get 1” spacer for the rear. The 29” bighorns with 12# air pressure are not rubbing .I have Elka stage 3s on the ft w self levelers on the rear.Have not noticed any power loss still running the stock clutch cover , all other factory recalls done.Nervous about anybody but myself working on it.
