So for those that don’t know, my front drive shaft recently got hungry and ate up all my heater duct work and wiring.

It took out the seal on the sub trans and the shift cable boot. I have new parts of both.

According to the post above it sounds like I need to pull the front bumper?

Is there a different way to get the drive shaft out?

Is it possible to just move the front diff forward enough to remove the shaft?

TIA!

Yep, unbolt front diff, slide forward, and that will give you enough room to get it out. Hopefully it's full now and won't need to eat anything else for a while!
