My stock tires seemed to perform well, but they were completely worn out after 2800 miles. I replaced them today with 25” Kenda Bearclaw HTR’s. I know next to nothing about about SXS tires, but I run Kendas on my mountain bike and have always had good luck with them.

I have Kenda’s on my 400EX and ran a set on my 250EX. I liked them. The price has come up a lot though since the last ones I bought. Was more of a bargain brand at half the cost of Maxxis/ITP stuff then. Not so much last time I looked.

We ran the Kenda’s on our 500. Great tire. Very durable, long lasting and great traction!

Will do! I put 25’s on the stock rims - 1/2” increased ground clearance. Hope it doesn’t disrupt my stability. The increase is small enough that I think everything will be geometrically ok.

Look forward to hearing how you like them! I'm planning on these in 26" on some new rims before this fall.

Did they increase the width of your P500? I occasionally load into the back of my pickup and don't have much room to spare between the wheel well.

26" and 27" on stock rims will still fit between the wheel wells of a F350. They rub slightly but fit.

The width is the same so you shouldn’t have any issues with them.
