There is a drain bolt on the water pump.
Let it drain.
It also says to drain the main lower hose.

Refilling. There is a air bleed screw depending on what year you have.

3 US qt will fill it all. 2.4 for motor/rad
.5 for overflow.
Says 1:1 mix ratio.
Pro Honda Coolant or equivalent high quality ethylene glycol antifreeze containing silicate free corrosion inhibitors.
