What did you do with your seat belts?
They're under there. I don't wear one unless I'm in hills or bad terrain. The seat belt I ordered for my kids hasn't come in yet. I will cut a hole for all of them when it does come in. Cuz they are wearing one!!!

I kept the remaining
rolled up & velcro'd
to back panel......
when I wash it...I remove
seats & barrier. ..
Pic shows it velcro'd
& rolled up

What I've done so far has proven inadequate - thin self adhesive insulation. So... I'll need to do more if I want SO to ride with me.

Do you think this material would work better than the Cool It insulation?

Just bought. Thanks!
Heat is a problem at the seat belts... Esp when you wear shorts, are stopped or just idling.
Not a problem in the winter, I suspect.
No...heat welcomed in winter
remove barrier

Ditto. I hear tail pipe. Not engine, now. Cool stuff.
Finally got around to installing mine today. Noticed in some of the pics that guys had cut small holes for the seat pins.
I started out doing it that way but ended up making the holes bigger for the seat grommets to fully lock in. Unless they used
a thinner material?
Haven't taken it out yet but big difference in engine noise at idle. You're right Jshell, tail pipe and not engine.
The system sounds even better now. Punishing!

P.S. Thanks guys. :)

Dude, that looks really good!!!
I probably would have just lived with the hot box and engine noise forever...
but someone had a vision and came up with the solution.
Now it's the standard. Thanks to the forum for this one.
Everyone should do this simple mod...and for $40! :)
