Were meeting at Stoney Lonesome around 1-1:30 depending on traffic through B’ham.

Stoney I think is my new favorite local spot, they’ve made improvements over the last 4 years. Good mix of terrain and enough to ride a couple of days on.

Had a lot of fun with you guys I’ll post whatever video I have later.

Stoney seems like a good location with varied riding, we were adventurous and took some red trails, but there’s plenty of green and blue.

Looking at a couple of dates in Dec with night rides so we don’t have a hard stop at 6pm.

9th and 30th if anyone is interested 500, 700, 1000 we don’t care. If you want to ride all are welcome.

Geez some of that I assume red trails were vicious. Looked like a good time tho!

There were a few ledges and some steep sections but they were easy to get past, and the pioneers never struggled or threatened to tip. I could have been way more aggressive but I didn’t want to be out all night repairing or righting a machine if something went wrong, we spent 20mins plugging my sidewall after I stopped got out to help spot and forgot there was a rock in front of my left front. All the trails are one way so you’re gonna get the right rating.

Part 1 was the toughest, it was steep off camber rutted and rocky(FUN!), Part 2 has the red trail that was mud only, but only had one deep hole you HAD to go through.

Join us next time! I personally would rather have money for adds not repairs so I ride accordingly. That said I love the MadRam11 videos on YouTube.

I know thats right! I plan on it one day. Havent got to go as much as I'd like lately with crazy weekends. Between football games, wife working the weekends, having a 2yr old, projects etc time is tight.
