So... what about using A arms from a Rubicon or Rincon? I know axles are shorter on the P5, but one must wonder if the 700 axle splines are the same?
Let's just wait n see what 2017 offers, you might "HAVE TO" trade up, only 6 more weeksSo... what about using A arms from a Rubicon or Rincon? I know axles are shorter on the P5, but one must wonder if the 700 axle splines are the same?
I doubt any sport would be 50" wide. Why? Lawyers - too much power/speed in a narrow wheelbase platform = liability. Why do you think the P500 is limited to 40 MPH when the ATV can go 50 mph? answer risks due to higher center of gravity = liability. The answer electronically hobble the performance so you can only flip it at 38 mph instead of 50 mph.so @JACKAL you think if honda came out with a sport sxs it would be a 50" or a 60" that would be transferable with the 500 now that wishful thinking id rather take fate into my own hands
Neither of those MFG's made high performance 3 wheelers than would run 80+ mph (my 250R would do 113 mph on 1/2 ovals) and get their pants sued off of them by idiots who wouldn't take responsibility for their own risky actions. Had they spent the hundreds of millions Honda did with the sue happy lawyers & CPSC on their asses about safety of ATC's those two would MFG's be making slower products too. Honda can do some wonderful things but sue happy idiots and lawyers ruined it for the rest of us 30 years ago.buuuuuuuuut arctic cat and popo make a 50" wouldnt call it pure sport put more sportier lol and can go 70mph now im not looking for the top speed like that im just making her so shes not like riding a 2x4 on wheels lol
Those Pilot's were just 20 years ahead of their time. If they were made today I bet Honda would sell the crap out of them compared to the Polaris ACE. I believe Honda decided to pull the plug on the Pilots when they only sold approx. 5000 units one year, not enough to justify tying up the production line for more sought after ATV's back then.same as the pilots fl400s???
i love my pioneer and would rather build it to my styleWell then enjoy the 5.9" Honda gave you it will get the job done. (Your words) Until you decide to get something better equipped for your riding style.
