P500 Pioneer 500 Purchase

I'm a long time Honda guy and enjoy the outdoors with Honda equipment. I have been on the lookout for P500 side by side (thinking it would be in a new one but looking for a quality used one) to enjoy a piece of my property and I found a very nice 2015 one today needing a new home, LOL. I got a 2015 for 5k which is 3K less than new here and enjoyed the detailed service given to the new member at my home, i.e., Honda OEM engine oil, filter, front/rear differential as well as a very detailed cleaning. The unit did come with a windshield and roof, very nice and I'm looking forward to playing around with it tomorrow. I do hope to post some pictures tomorrow....

Here you go. I have seen many options and ideas for "accessories" here, so thanks to everyone for the great pictures and will be looking at some rear/front rack options today as well as other goodies. The guy who I purchased this from made a rear cargo box out of wood and will likely remove it today, so it can be replaced with something more cleanable surface....

Thanks everyone regarding the ride. I have one of those "drop baskets" for a Honda Rancher sitting around and with the box shown now removed looked at how it may fit/look and reasonably happy with the look. I have taken it to a local fab place to have it extended by 14" with sides and hope to have it back around this time next week...

As mentioned, got everything changed (front/rear differentials, engine oil, air filter, cleaned and lubed everything) and decided to “charge” the battery and it took me a few minutes to locate the battery. Given the location, I added a Tender to the unit and now the plug in sits right behind the passenger seat and easy to pull in while in the garage. I’m really liking this P500 more and more...

Gotta remember to unplug it every time before pulling it out of the garage, just sayin'...

Been there done that, so I now run all my tender lines through steering wheels or laid over the gear shift, so I hopefully do not make that mistake again....
