P1000 Pioneer Question Help

I just bought a new Pioneer 1000 5 that I will be using for duck hunting in Mississippi and Arkansas. I will mostly be riding in flooded fields with an average of 8 to 10" of water. Is there anyone out there that can help me by suggesting what if any issues I might run into? Also, suggest any simple modifications that might need to be made. The pioneer will mostly be used just to ride people and gear to the blinds. I appreciate anyone that can help.
