I'm working on ideas for a rear camper shell as well. I think I'll take my box off and build a rear cargo hold that's fully water and air tight to take its place.

Thanks for asking CP! Just trying to lighten things up for myself. I lost my father today at 1:37 pm mountain time. I'd been at his side night and day for the last week. At 92 he had been 50 days without food and a week without water and he soldiered on, even for the last 12 hours with his breathing so faint you could hardly see his chest move. He was the last WW2 vet from his unit that landed in gliders behind the German lines and fought the battle of the bulge. He left behind his wife and 9 children, 24 grand children, 24 great grand children and a great great grandchild. He was an awesome man and will be sorely missed.

Very sorry for your loss @Montecresto, sounds like he was quite the man. And like @Dp5hunter stated, I can't wait to meet you as well as the rest of the gentlemen next summer along the route of the PROTC.

Haha, I see. I don't think I'll be painting my trailer a PROTC specific theme as it's going to have a long life after that expedition. And I think I recall him saying that the decals will be removable. I also believe that he said he'd post in the private conversation thread when they're ready.

I'm thinking about getting mine wrapped. I certainly want the decals included as well. I will probably do an aluminum or plastic skin then it's easy to peal and stick. I also plan to keep mine for more adventures. Perhaps even a PROTC round 2..... maybe an every 3 years or so kind of thing.

I've got $6,500.00 into mine, the wrap was another $700.00 I think. It will have to be white as it is with the large decals supplied by the sponsor.
