So here's my question I love hammocks in my part of the world I am never in a situation where I don't have trees when backpacking. I understand that this may not be possible. So I can fab a mount to hange a hammock, buy a tent cot which I don't have much experience with or I can go big money and get a hard top tent that goes on top of the roll cage. Now most the top tents only weigh 100-150 pounds so not much. Just a hard choice.

Apparently you've not seen South Dakota! If you can find two trees there to hang a hammock on you'll be lucky.

In other news I quit my job this week. I'm going out in my own to do some other things and I'm very excited. I'm even more excited because now I don't have to worry about work interfering with this trip! I'm freaking pumped for this trip!
