Lol, now you're talking.Trade it in for a new one as difficult as it is to get another title here
Ok, will do. For what it's worth though, Union County SD DMV was easy to work with, polite and fairly prompt in responding to calls and emails. The paperwork that they process to get us registered and licensed doesn't originate with themselves, that comes from Pierre, understanding it properly, and filling it out just as it's suppose to be can be challenging. I had to redo a notarized doc once and they made us redo the app because the way our names were written didn't exactly match a dealership doc. That's awesome Monte. Did you have to send your title in? The bank has mine still. I have however paid my tax already on it when I bought it. Please do a write up on here on what all it took to satisfy the SD DMV goons.
I've read up on it extensively, I was just curious from Monte if there were any hiccups I needed to be aware of, I'm not farm exempt so that is a non issue to me.
Why, did you buy yours tax exempt in AR?oh and registering the ride and paying tax damn lol guess I'll be using a hammock if I get this thing registered
Had you already paid your taxes. Btw, how much worry free street running in states other than SD have you done? Any hassles from LE?I registered mine there and it was easy. Had it back in two weeks after I mailed it

That's good preliminary news. Please post your experiences in TN/WV when you get back. I'm curious, if you were to ever be stopped, how they'd handle a Florida DL with a South Dakota registration for example.Florida, Michigan so far. Headed to WV and TN over Labor Day, so we'll see. So far not one hassle. Had a few turn their head but then they see the license plate.
Wife drives it all over here in Florida.

No titles in Mo...only Certificate of Origin. I hope you didn't buy from Bluff Powersports.lol I didn't I bought it in Missouri with no sales tax
You won't need a title, I talked to Joy at the treasurer's office today. You will need some form of registration, and to pay your taxes.lol I didn't I bought it in Missouri with no sales tax
Yep, I bought mine in MO. You'll need your CO and to pay the 4% South Dakota sales tax, notarized affidavits that you have installed signal lights, license plate light, break lights, and horn. Copies of your DL, proof of insurance and one other notarized document that escapes me at the moment.lol I didn't I bought it in Missouri with no sales tax
Yep, Joy's the girl. Nice, easy to work with. Just fill out your docs exactly right. If the tile is Joe R. Smith, don't put Joeseph R. Smith on your application lol.You won't need a title, I talked to Joy at the treasurer's office today. You will need some form of registration, and to pay your taxes.
Escapes you at the moment? You still trying to get enough Bush cans for the shocks? HA!Yep, I bought mine in MO.
