That's a good point. Wonder if I could use the same tires on a 1000 if I decided I didn't like the performance of the 700???@Montecresto, I know this will pain you, but before you do endurance testing in the 700 might I suggest installing the dot tires first? I assume they're radials which have less rolling resistance. I think it will make a noticeable difference.
You'd be talking about this June. I know I couldn't be ready for that. My trailer won't even be available until April.Maybe with that attitude. Lmao

I remember a member saying once that after putting on radials he was amazed at how easy it was to push the thing around in neutral in his garage. That's a good point. Wonder if I could use the same tires on a 1000 if I decided I didn't like the performance of the 700???
You've got that right CP!!!I'm just saying buddy. It's a big thing and lots of preparations needed. It's going to be awesome

Makes sense to me. I just need to figure out a way to be able to use what I buy as a test for the 700 on the 1000 should the 700 fail the test in my estimation. There would be no other reason that I'd need DOT tires for my 700. Any ideas??I remember a member saying once that after putting on radials he was amazed at how easy it was to push the thing around in neutral in his garage.
Can you elaborate on that for me CP?I'm just saying buddy. It's a big thing and lots of preparations needed. It's going to be awesome

Wonder if that was just because of radials, or because you'd be running such higher PSI with DOT tires??I remember a member saying once that after putting on radials he was amazed at how easy it was to push the thing around in neutral in his garage.
Yes, and great expense too. Another good thing about having an 18 month window to spread this out thru.I'm just saying buddy. It's a big thing and lots of preparations needed. It's going to be awesome
