The 700 has 12 and the 1000 has 14 inch unless thinking about the std. but bolt pattern between the two is different

You know maybe my retirement plan will get here soon (winning the lottery) and we will all just ride around the country permanently I guess we'd have to go way south this time of year though. Wouldn't that be bad ass? You'd be busy as hell trying to find us safe passage to new places all the time!

Sounds like there's no way for me to do a test then. I think I'll just inflate the stock tires to max and test it that way. I don't want $5-600.00 worth of DOT tires setting around.

Just this morning. It will come out of production mid March. Then either I have to go to Auburn Cali and get it, or wait a couple weeks and let the guys that bring RV's to Cali from Indy that are dead heading back to bid on bringing it back on their empty trailer. The guy told me that would be about $500.00, much cheaper than I could go get it for.

1000 has 14" rims on the deluxe model. So if you have 14's on your 700 just hang on to the stock tires should you trade. Otherwise the stock tires at 20psi should pretty closely approximate the drag of a properly inflated street tire

Ok so the website hasn't been updated sense American Teardrop added a second door to the base model in November. I'm happy about the second door but for some reason when they did that they added a foot to its length. Now it's 8'. I'm waiting to hear from him what the extra foot and door added to it but it can't be 518# anymore. I just took the standard white, none of the color option upgrades made sense with a Camo 700. Upgrade options included an aluminum tongue box, a 12V/110 package with interior and exterior lights and park power plug etc., a 12V/15 watt solar battery maintainer, a 4" memory foam mattress (ahh) and a spare tire and mount.

DOT tires 27x9x12 for $100 each. These are what I'm getting for summer tires I think they would be perfect for ROTC!

The added height gives you some more top speed, the highly inflated radial ought to be easy to push. And that tread pattern would be great on road or off.
