Stopping to pick up trash along the trails keeps my rear and legs from getting sore and stiff. A few moments of a quiet walk in the woods is good for the soul.

I'm a bit late here, but thanks for this rocmar! I do the same and will continue. Nothing ticks me off more than to be somewhere out in beautiful Idaho backcountry and see sombody's trash spoiling the view.
