Steering. Haven't done the locker yet, but i have never needed it yet.
Ok, cool. I did too many mods to mine before I ever thought about PS, and now don’t think I have the clearances for it. And I agree with the locker. In our terrain, the P5 is more prone to be horizontal tackling anything that we can’t climb, good as they are stock, IMO. :D

No PS for our P5 just PP for us.

I'm a little on the big side because I like to eat so I use the stock P5 steering with locker installed to help keep my arms strong to better shovel food into my mouth, it really works out nice because I can buy MORE food with the money I save from not buying a PS unit.

Actually I'd love to see a rack and pinion power steering unit made for the P5 they have them for cars but I havn't found one small enough that looks like it would fit a P5.I use the storage trunk tray area and the PS are slightly in the way from what I have read.

EDIT: PP = Personal Preference

Power steering was the 3rd Mod for me after tires, and stupid Reverse lever...
well for me ignorance is bliss because I don't know what I'm missing by not having PS.
(NO I don't want to drive one that has PS, that would end my bliss)LOL

I'm thinking of adding many switches to the dash, one being a seat belt disable switch but I have to leave that reverse lever alone just because I know who will be driving it and what they are capable of.

On the plus side I may have sold my King Quad 400 which will allow me to add a plow to our P5, I'll know Nov 17 if it is sold.

Ordered the EZ Steer the same day I bought the P500. Easy install. I did use a posi-tap connector instead of the supplied connector for the white wire (power from switch). I have had bad luck in the past with the ones that came with kit. From now on it is posi-loc/posi-tap or solder shrink wrap.
