So many questions, What type of bucket seats are those? I love those doors, where did you get them? That looks like heavy duty mud flaps behind the front tire, that would be good to keep sticks from coming into the cab? What is the bar for that is on the front? Homemade bumper?

Flat top u-bolts or conduit clamps are an option to clamp on to the rack tubes.

Went with the "Grizzly" seat a while back. It's been great. Only "mod" I made was I drilled 2 holes for a hitch pin on the side rail for the flip up seat so I could turn it into a sort of "tailgate" to keep things from falling out (and less straps needed).

Sterilite box from Walmart $16 mounted with zip ties. Easy on and off if I feel like taking it off. Don’t keep dust out though and putting weather strip to seal it would be impossible.
Works for now till I build a bed/box combo based on the shape of the stock rack.
Plus my cheap Walmart video device that needs some serious re-engineering to stabilize it. It sucks.And of course the SMV triangle.
