I’m curious about the bed liner. Did you use roll on or spray on?
How long have you had it on there and how is it holding up?
Did you prime it first or lay it on bare wood?
I would imagine there would be no need for primer, adhesive qualities would seem to be great on a surface like wood.
And finally.....
Damm fine piece of work there dude👍
Wonder how the coating would work on plywood?🤷‍♂️

The box came with 4 "J" hooks,they hook around the round bar of the oem rack.I also bolted it to the square rack that I built.It is very secure,as my homemade rack is bolted through the flat center section of the oem rack.

I purchased some ubolts for 1”pipe. Used two on each outside pipe.

Conduit clamps also work to hook the rack.

Metal basket with rubber mat bottom. Spots where you can slide in 1" square tubing to extend upwards in case you need extra height/walls. Thinking of mounting the gun boot on the inside wall (kind of where you see the spare). Then, mount the spare on the back.

Here it is loaded with a small buck my buddy's son got yesterday. It's his first deer.

Just got the one I built, mounted today. Started (like many) with a Delta pickup side box and went from there. I used 1x2 aluminum channel scrap I had and 10ga aluminum sheet to complete the box. 1/4 and 3/16" pop riveted together. Ubolted it onto the rack. I plan on truck bed liner on the inside at a later date.

Harbor freight.Cut down 2 “ on each side.

Homade box setup. Room for gun scabbard in front and in back of box. Box keeps things dry. Put little rack on top of box. Also have added large mudflaps to hang from rear bumper. Mud flaps keep down most of tire mud splatter.
