When I was in my teens and 20's, I rode street all the time without a lid. Not anymore. I dress for the crash regardless the weather.

In our SxS though? Nah. I'll belt myself in once in awhile, but no lid. Our average speed thus far in the Vike is 4.43 mph.
The only time I'd wear a lid in a SXS is if I was on hilly terrain where there is a risk of rollover, or if I was racing or other risky behavior. Now on my motorcycle... I dress for the crash before swinging a leg over also!

Okay... just to confirm; Even though my ride is an '18... I still need to extend the vent lines?

Sorry just saw duct work in winter to the vent. Is the fan "waterproof"?
It's just a 4-inch bilge fan and I haven't put the duct on this winter and I still get a little bit of warm air out of it I might try putting the dryer vent hose on it to see how much it helps
