The mount point is 1/4 " thick, looking at radio antenna's mounts some would work and some would require a different mounting plate. It will depend on what type you have

the normal Non-Ground Plane antenna I have seen have a 3/8" stud and they could not handle more than a 1/8" thick plate (so 1/8" thick about 2" diameter or square w/ .390" diameter hole centered).

I used this bracket https://www.amazon.com/L-Bracket-1255-B-Stainless-Antennas-Motorola/dp/B00LMH1L5S/?tag=sxsweb24-20 on the driver's side, rear bed tie down screw. It works excellent in that location and looks good too. I just had to drill out one of the holes in the bracket and give the bracket slightly more bend to make up for the slant of the bed side.

I have a 4' safeglow whip and have no problem. So yes. These ones are for a 2" bar, We are making the 1 3/4 now

Ok I got a couple of the new RB3 360 mounts yesterday. Didnt have time to do anything but open the box Monday. WOW! These a really nice pieces. Very nice black anodized color and SS harware.
First place I tried mounting was if I was going to use to mount whips.

Perfect fit and unlimited positions.
Next I tried the front a puller. This would be to mount forward facing LED pods or maybe a light bar.
Then I tried them on the bar above the seats. Here maybe to mount some speaker pods or a backup light. Again plenty of adjustments.
Think RB3 is on to something with this clamp. Can't wait for the one for the Pioneer!

Ok Guys we have made the antenna adapter for the RB3 360 Mount. We will offer with or with out it. Its pretty cool. Goes to anodize tomorrow

the rubber sits down in it just seals it, should not interfere they way we built it but you can take it off when you put on the mount
