I wanted to add a backup light that came on when you put the vehicle in reverse, and I found this one on Amazon.

I choose this light to mount in the tailgate.

I used a clear sealant around the light to help prevent water and dirt from getting in. The light is connected to the factory accessory plug . I like the way it turned out and it works great.
