Since the buggy was clean I decide to put the new cup holders in. Couldn't fit my Walmart yeti in the factory ones.

Just talked to Mr. Doug and Sissie Harris who own the trail. They said that from Sibley to Castor was tore up pretty bad. Plus I have to go to Castor to get my membership anyways. Going to try a get it lined up to be in Castor Saturday.

Isn't that most of the trail? How much is left to ride? What did they say about the membership?

Thinking you can put in at Castor and ride towards Sibley till it gets bad and go a go ways back pass Castor to Ashland and Goldona. 25 bucks a person over 16. Good for one year. She said the renewal day is in October but she said she would honor it for the whole next year of 2016/2017.

According to the web site, that's about the 1st 20% of the trail. The reviews are not good for any of the system. Most say the trails are tore up so bad they are impassable, the old bridges are falling apart and the slopes around them have huge wash outs. I guess the guy charges $25, but it appears from the reviews that the owner doesn't maintain any of the trails. I think Im gonna pass on it this time guys. If yall ride it and like it let me know, I may go the next time.

I didn't realize the trail was in such bad shape. I think I'm gonna pass too.

Got to get the tractor primed before we ride. Buggy out there teasing them so they finish faster. Yes he should have a respirator on to. He was told to get it back on after the picture.

We rode Louisiana Trails today, started at Jamestown and rode down a ways past Castor. There are a lot of mud holes but nothing too bad that you can't go around and didn't have any problems with my stock tires. There were several other groups riding too. It's a decent ride close to home, nothing special. Just wanted to let y'all know that it's not as bad as we thought.

Well. Fellows, I'll have to be y'all adue for awhile. Seems as if I have caught the "Mopar". Just finished BL's Satellite (orange and black car) and this followed me home over the weekend.1969 Plymouth Roadrunner. 383/833 4 speed. Numbers matching motor and trans.
B5 blue/blue and white interior. My wife and kids are in full restoration mode for the rest of the year most likely. I'll check in form time to time. Peace and chicken grease.

Looks like a great candidate for an off body experience. WOW!!!! What a great find and a great starting point.

Can't wait to follow your progress.
