Are you sure we're talking about the same tire?I have 28/10/14 on bead locks. They have a 2ply sidewall. I tore a large hole in the sidewall. The sidewall is so soft the tire completely compressed crushing the sidewall completely. They handle great and provide great traction. I have issues with weak sidewall radials. My next tires will be sturdy bias ply tires.
LolAre you sure we're talking about the same tire?
Wonder if the larger ones have different construction, cause the 25" we're almost like runflats on my 700.View attachment 157881 Yes Sedona Rip Saws 28/10/14

Ya mine were indestructible. Towards the end I was wanting them to die because they got so hard they had no traction but couldn’t kill em. Popped them off the bead a couple times because we ran such low pressure to combat the hard ride and you damn near couldn’t tell. Same set was on a 700,2 1000-5’s and a Polaris quad. Not sure how many miles.Wonder if the larger ones have different construction, cause the 25" we're almost like runflats on my 700.
Well that’s probably why you had issues. That’s way over inflated.Mine 14 psi
All of mine together might have had 14psi.Mine 14 psi
I called Sedona and they recommended 12psi to handle the weight of a loaded machine. These Rip Saws are a ATV tire onLy rated at 540lbs at 8psi.Well that’s probably why you had issues. That’s way over inflated.
Wow! We've got 1500+ trail miles on our P1, we're on our fourth set of tires, stockers 50 miles, EFX's 50 miles, busted the front side walls on these. ITP Black Waters, 1000 miles and our ITP Terra Hooks, 500 miles on the Tera Hooks in CO and around here. The Tera Hooks are my favorites so far and DOT approved, time will tell? I don't run a tire until the thread worn down to the carcass, we run them until the traction falls off. Think these Terra Hooks may be 2000 milers by the wear so far, with reasonable performance in the end? They are still great with 500 miles? Going to the Family cabin this week end for some more miles, Keep you updated on these tires!I have a '17 Pioneer-3 with 28x10x14's and I run around 8psi in the rear & 6psi in the front. Ride rocks, gravel roads, dirt trails, mud, basically everything EXCEPT sand, and haven't had a complaint yet with 3800 miles on them. Rotate them around 500 miles, and I'll get another 500-750 miles out of them for sure. I'd definitely purchase another set of Rip Saws, unless I was to go with the Maxxis Carnivore......
