Yeah, that was an expensive trip, including the test ride, for both of us.Love that area! I bought a Honda Talon just a few months after being taken for a ride in one out of La Sal last year.

Awesome!My Dad let my wife and I use a time share on Atlantic Beach, NC years ago, it has become my wife’s vacation every year for the last 26 years. I always wanted to drag ATVs or a SxS along and take the ferry out to Cape Lookout and cruise the beach, collect shells where the tourists are not and explore.
It is a National Park so you have to keep to the trail or drive on the beach.

The shells where really good, first day the ferry was running after a big storm last week.

There is an abandoned vacation village that was active in the 50~60s. Some of the houses where sold as surplus from the Coast Guard. This used to the lighthouse keepers residence built in 1906.
