P700 Snorkle question and Build

The intake comes out of the box and turns sharp towards the passengers side and is behind the seat... and everyone attaches there.... But from Looking underneath drivers side. Has anyone ever thought of turning towards drivers side and going through this side. Staying high above exhaust and going down under front drive shaft then crossing over to passenger side and coming up through passenger side fender like the 1000..

It would probably work , if not too close to exhaust...My snorkel was "store bought" so it was made to go toward the passenger side, but if you make your own, I'm sure you could route it however you want... I think your idea would work..

Thing is the more elbows you use and the longer the pipe harder it is to breath

My 700 don't go fast enough to get winded

this was very frustrating to make...
Time for some glue. After I glue it I'm going to put silicone over the joints as well...I was trying to find a cool looking intake for on hood.

Just placed this here to show where it will come through.... If anyone has a cool pre intake they can post. I'm open to suggestions cause I have nothing at this point...

I plan on using the warior riser when I build mine. I like the pre filter @Yankee used on his 1000. It's a flower pot type. I dont know what size he used on his. You can see how much dirt it catches and filters out in the plastic bowl.

Those work great, but for my build through hood I wanted the look of the 1000 with ram head

I had a Donaldson prefilter like this on the 3B in my BJ73. It was really nice.
