Well they say it want work with the factory top. All they have to do is cu6 a opening for the roof clamps and problem solved. I think the are missing out on alot of sales by not doing this.

Thanks for sharing, I was wondering if it would be worth it to buy and try to modify. Seems like they would say minor modification needed instead of does not work with the Honda roof a ton of people have.

No trimming required with I installed my "rear windshield" from SuperATV, on my 21 1000-5 SE. I did need to trim it when I added a flag holder. Polycarbonate, unlike acrylic (Plexiglas), trims easily with wood tools and doesn't tend to crack.

Would those of you with the SATV rear glass consider it easy to remove, say for maintenance/mods or for the day. I have a honda soft rear window that's on its last leg and was about to pull the trigger on another one partly because it is so easy to unstrap and get it out of the way.

I agree. If I needed to remove it often, I'd leave it off. It does open far enough so you can load or dump the bed, but the rear edge, when open, is only about 5'4" off the ground (IIRC), so if you are taller, you are gonna either be ducking often or cursing often.

Yep...the guys are super worried about saying it fits.........BUT...you have to do some cutting. I understand though. A lot of people don't read that far into the fitment or the instructions and get pretty mad and ship it back.

BUT....I'm still with you. Wish we listed it with that *trimming needed listing.

Understood, Im sure its easier/better to just say it doesn't fit than dealing with the repercussions. Great products, hope to add some more soon.
