Picked up mine last Saturday. Who has removed the swaybar? What did you think about it? Looked for pics to make sure I was looking at the right thing, but couldn't find any.

I just disconnected links and taped them. Definitely does not feel bouncy from side to side when running over obstacles, and ok on full throttle but depends what is your level of confidence. It does not lean like my bike anyway :)

Yup, removed mine and never looked back. Much smoother ride and more stable crawling over uneven terrain as the suspension flexes better.

Is it worth trying to make a quick disconnect?

Yes, just unscrew bracket from both sides and use duck tape/zip tie lock to fix temporary brackets and try how it rides . I did this way for two rides and removed it permanently.

:) yes rear. it kinda defeat purpose of independent suspension on very uneven terrain, that's why in premium Toyota cars they install Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System , that disengage anti sway bar allowing better articulation/travel.

Got it. I'll be removing it next weekend when I see my ride again!

Just dont install a-arm guards yet, or it will be hard to remove it.

just 2 bolts to unscrew and if you want you can take off supporting "arms", but I just zip locked them to the frame. Should take them also, may be tonight (additional 2 bolts)

Would this be something that you would ever want back on? For pretty much a mostly off road slower driving vehicle I don't really get the benefit of rehooking it back up? On fancier road vehicle they auto disconnect.

I took ours off with the plans of putting it back on if needed - that was about a year ago and almost forgot where I put it. I can't see where for our style of riding (slow crawling or just exploring) I will ever put it back on.
