Well, it's looking good!! keep the pics coming. The pictures are my favorite part. Sometimes I find myself scrolling down and not reading anything, just looking for the next picture. I hate words and reading!!!!!!........ Why can't everything in life be pictures and videos!!! I guess this is why I feel so comfortable riding on my six seater "short bus!"View attachment 113531 View attachment 113532
Sure will! The short bus looks like fun for the kids! I flip the seats up in the back of the P1k5 and the kids climb all over back there like its their fort, lol! They crab the iPod and jam tunes and have the lights going it pretty fun to watch them!

Debating on just mounting the 4500 behind the bumper on the P1K5 again. I left the Winch Mount in that location so should only take a few minutes. Never completed the multi mount winch set up that one but the P5’s is done;)

Yeah, me, my wife and kids all love riding! We put on some music and the kids dance around and their seats, laughing with big smiles on their faces. Then, next thing you know, you turn around and they're all sleeping, which is fine too. Those are the two most enjoyable parts of kids..... when they're happy and having fun and when they're sleeping. Win-win!

Lol, sounds like my kids! Sometimes they are a bad influence on me and tell me to drive faster or run things over:)

I didn't realize you had a 1000 - 5 also. Not expecting you to get all into detail, but which one do you think is better for the money spent the Pioneer 500 for the Pioneer 1000? Obviously they're both awesome or you wouldn't have them. I initially wanted a 1000 - 5 but couldn't afford it. Decided on the 500 because I liked the 5 speed transmission and the price. I have been a 100% happy with my Pioneer 500. Now I want to get another side by side and I'm thinking I'll probably get another p500 and do the six seater conversion again. But, I wonder if I should just wait, save more money and get a used 1000. I don't know anyone personally who has a 1000 so it's hard to decide based off of test rides at a dealer.

I absolutely love the BEAST (P1K5-D) but I always wanted a P5! Just this winter I found a deal I couldn’t pass up on the mini-BEAST it came well equipped with very low miles and no mods other than roof, windshield, mirrors and rims & tires! This was perfect as I love building from scratch and this find was just that!
They are both great platforms new and both very good at what they are designed to do and both have their limitations so which is better is really a personal preference! The P1K has tons of power and I can move mountains of snow because of weight and power. So if I had a preference for pushing snow it would be the P1K. Working around the house this winter I have been using the P5 as it’s very capable as a work horse! Really tough call!! But I tested the P5 and then the P1K5D before purchasing and came home with the P1K5D! Today I find myself excited to mod & trail ride the mini Beast!

Finished wiring up the pillar LED cubes but not ready to commit to cutting anymore holes in the dash until I have a plan for total number of switches. I have two that need to be mounted tucked away under the hood in the rats nest

After I wired her up I took her for a short ride just crawling on the packed snow waiting to break through and bury it, lol. Made it about 3 miles and it was doing fine until I saw some grass by a row of tall evergreens! I was amazed and left the snowmobile track in pursuit of the feel of solid earth! Big mistake I dropped in & then dropped the hammer making it to the spot I had planned on! Only problem was I knew I was going to bury her climbing back up! I was right! Luckily I was close to a power pole and had 40 ft of tow rope and 55 ft of winch rope! After about 10 min I was on my way again but got a chance to test the winch! Seemed like it was starved for power running of the factory P5 electrical.

Learned a few things about the SSV 10” Underseat Subwoofer Enclosure today. The first is that the holes do not line up with my KICKER sub...

The next is that if you plan on installing the SSV Sub Enclosure plan on cutting...

Running the KICKER 10 off of the PXA500.1 from the BEAST. It’s capable of 250 watts RMS @ 4 ohms, and since I purchased the 2 ohm dual voice coil subwoofer and my amp is not 1 ohm stable 250 watts is going to have to work. The dual voice coil is currently wired in series.

I though I may be under powering the sub but after about a 10 min break in period I cranked it and it hit hard!

According to the chart below I may be alright

Put almost a full day into finishing up the wiring and am about 90% done. I decided on two junction boxes to support the arm rest command center wiring. I like how it turned out!

Will have to cut a small hole in my triggershield, but for now I will just fold it down.

Stereo Rocks! Still need to make some adjustments and test while riding.
