P1000 Thru Hood Pre filter

Is anyone running one of these, you know, snorkel looking, but not a real snorkel. I'm running out of room under my hood and need some space, I already have that factory black pre-filter box removed.

I have my intake through the hood panel with a Uni pre-filter

I’m using one of these cheap filters I got on Amazon. I think the filter was $13. I just wash it out and don’t even bother oiling it and I have noticed my air filter in the air box is not getting dirty.

Cool, then did you just come straight up it with a piece of what? 3" pvc and a 3" collar.

I like mine. I wash it and oil it 2-3 times between filters. Overall it's cheap security for deep water and good dust protection

Almost 8 yrs with mine and yup!
The @joeymt33 snorkel mod is the best by far and most BA looking IMO
