Working on rock slider gussets today. These are Ruffstuff tube gussets. They fit perfect on the stock sliders. They will be VHB taped to the sliders and bolted in place with my skidplate.

The tube fit was perfect on the first one. Time to duplicate on the other side, then time for paint. Definitely beefier than what I had.

I put inserts in the tubes for holding the skidplate on. I'll put 3m VHB taped between the stock tube and the new gussets

Frame crossmembers are getting welded next. I also need to install my sub transmission crossmember. I could use a bit more height in the shop

Its possible these turned out better than the first one. Easy install and hopefully I won't have to worry about them again.
