Nice one piece even better

That was my thought when I originally made it. Removing it kinda sucks because it's so big but it slides nice on everything

Haha, you’re like @ToolmanJohn .It begins again. Picked up a 2018 Pioneer 1000-5.
Here's a few photos at the dealer. I have a couple parts at home to install and the build should go fairly quick. In the end I'll have a pretty capable family trail machine.

I wish had done this first! My side bars are bent all to hell. The gussets work great on the pioneer tube size as well as the crossmember. The tube fit was perfect on the first one. Time to duplicate on the other side, then time for paint. Definitely beefier than what I had.

Once he fires up all the lights and runs his fans at the same time....second battery might be handy. You clearly need more lights then!!

When I installed my Terra 45 with the warn mount, I noticed the winch rope rubbed on the edge (a sharp edge) before exiting to the fairlead.Installed the Superwinch Terra45 on a Warn mount. The warn mount fit was less than great but I made it fit. Not sure about the winch being upside down but the cable routing is nice. I installed the 12" RC light bar on the bumper and recovery points installed.

I filed the edge off. But it was rather disappointing. Just an FYI.
The lift is a Wheeltronics 6k. It's Snap-on branded and pretty much awesome. That's probably the only reason I got this much work done in a week and a half. With 2 auxiliary fans , rock lights, 2 4" LEDs and 2 9inch LEDs my voltmeter bbn is 13.8.
I mainly installed second battery in case I need extended winching sessions.
PS.... what lift is that?
They look about an inch too long. I was hoping for something that wrapped the tube rather just a flat gusset. Test fit today made them look way long. They were cheap so I'll use them eventually.Interested to see how those brackets work for your harness.
I was thinking more about the clearance above the seat back... but yeah. I could see them being uncomfortable in a roll over. LolThey look about an inch too long.
