Best part is the roof is now guaranteed for 25 years!!
The manufacturer backs the membrane for 25 years. Like a lot if things, they'll replace the product but you still have to come up with the labor. The roof will out last the rest of the camper more than likely.But will you really stand behind your guarantee?

Was that OSB exposed on the roof before you installed the roofing membrane?Full remodel Inside. New paint on walls and cabinets, new trim, new floors, new mattresses, new everything.

They are built out of 1x2 material laid flat with a few vertical supports. They aren't strong enough to hold a child but they radius the top so the plywood is crowned to add strength. However it's crappy 3/8 particle board. I replaced it with 1/2 OSB and that made a big difference.That's interesting. What do trusses in a trailer look like?
