So I decide to wait to get a utility trailer last fall and picked one up today, steal trailers are more expensive then aluminum trailers today! I picked up a Carry-on 6x12 aluminum for $2399 and I’m seeing 6x12 steal trailers for $2400-$2600, that’s just crazy.

Did aluminum not have a price spike like steal?

WOW! In late 16 I bought a 7,000 lbs 18 foot tandem w/ brakes for $ 1,950.00. Think I'll go out and wax it tomorrow! HA!

I went with a 6×14 double axle from tractor supply. After taxes, title, registration it cost me just under $2600. Wife thinks I'm crazy for wanting to put rock lights on the trailer....

Bought this 7'x20' tilt bed tandem, w/electric brakes and spare tire, three years ago. $2,200.00 plus tax. H&H Speed loader trailer, solid unit.

Man, I like that trailer. I've been thinking about something like that for my pioneer, and for my sleds in the Winter. While not as optimal for the sleds as a my pure sled hauler, it could do double-duty sufficiently.

I only put two sleds on the trailer (in line). Could probably put three on if I staggered them. I just back them off. The bed tilts easy enough, and my machines have reverse so no need for a front ramp.
