Hey all, I recently purchased a 2016 1000-5 i bought it for fair price being it had an issue, the issue i have yet to resolve, its runs great an will shift into gears but will not move, have put a OEM shift motor on an new shift angle spindle sensor, ohm, volt, continuity checked the harness as the book calls for, have checked for engine code with paperclip as the book calls out and no codes show, so im think its internal but any help is appreciated, thank you

When you lock it into 2nd gear, is machine driveable?
How do you know you can get it into 3rd gear?
Just because fluid isn't burnt, doesn't mean anything. Never know what old owner tried before selling it.

How many hours/miles on the machine? Does it have the upgraded clutch cover?

When you put it into Drive and apply gas, what does it do? rev? nothing?
Where in PA are you? You might be better finding a friend close to you with knowledge of these.

Welcome from Michigan.
When U join/first post we require you post pics of your rig and Miles/hrs POIDH

So you have the ever so elusive 2016
There was a clutch campaign
(That is over Honda wont help you anymore)
Weve had a lot of folks come on here with the issues your describing and it was from not having this update (again has expired to be covered) wasnt done. The fluid doesent have to be burnt for this to be an issue. Here is what to look for to se if the person had it done.
Let us know.
And for god sakes dont forget those pics😉

You have a dual clutch in the machine. R/1/3/5 and 2/4/6.
If it didn't move when locking into 2nd, I would suggest tearing down the sub trans.
