They also have weld washers for repairing worn holes in shocks, arms ,etc.

I haven’t noticed any deflection since.. I’ll now weld some tree kickers off the angle to add some more rigidity and hopefully help to save the mud busters and rear wheels a bit.

That would make tree kickers a lot easier to install. Would also spread the load out from side impacts to the tree kicker.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I will order some to get the tubes from the frame out braced before I add the skid plate and tree kickers....need to also do the frame bracing while I am underneath the machine.

Well....looks like "Project Snowball" has begun. This sure has snowballed , might as well do it right.

I haven't picked up the whole machine with them but I can't twist them by hand like the stock crossmembers without a gusset

The pieces are 46" and you need about 27-1/4" (I think, more than half for sure) per crossmember. So you'll need 2 but you'll have lots of extra. May be worth sending Ruffstuff an email. If these are made to order they might ship them the right length at a lower price and reduced shipping
