Alright, I have my first contender. I will most likely miss the purchase of this one if someone else sees it. My finances are not ready yet.

2015 Bobcat T550. Lift capacity of 2850lbs @50%. Machine weight is 7557 lbs. Comes with toothed bucket not pictured. 2487 hours. New left and right main lift cylinders and hydraulic lines replaced. All fluids flushed. $19,900. It looks a little rough but the price looks good from what I am comparing to Facebook.

You’ll want something with a substantial door if you’re planning on running a brush cutter or working around a lot of brush ect. Definitely make sure the top is closed off to keep tree branches from spearing your legs.

Is that an alarm or camara on the rear. A camara would be great, the rear is the blindest, sides aren't too whoopy either.
I thought it was a camera. I have not seen the machine in person. These are the pictures my salesman sent me. If I am interested in it they will bring it up from a southern store it is located at 4.5 hours away from me to western store one hour from me. I have to get my HELOC sorted out first. I do not want to risk a recent loan being a reason to deny our HELOC application. We can't complete the HELOC until our taxes get done. We can't get our taxes done until we sit down and do them lol. We filed for our extension. Life is just crazy busy. I would rather have our HELOC and be denied for a loan on the skid steer than vice versa. If all goes well with the HELOC we are going to try to build a new home on our property.

Looks like ACS controls?
I am not sure what that is so I had to Google it, it sounds nice to me. I don't think I would like foot controls. I will have to ask about the controls to confirm if that is correct for this model.

I do not think this machine has any door. I know it is a non HVAC machine. I did some online looking and it looks like I can get a complete bobcat door assembly with hardware for $2300, or Amazon knockoff for $1000.
