  2. Talon X
68"X40" Heat Insulation Deadening Material Mat For Car Trunk Floor Firewall Roof. i orderd mine off ebay.its sticky on one side stuck it to the bottom under side of the bench seat

I send pics, I used it on the back plastic behind the seat belts, and the plastic ware the oil dip stick and motor hump in the back, under the seat, and the whole inside plastic around the feet area ware those sofet vents will soon be on mine. It's a tedious job, but with some beer and a little patience it goes on good. So far it's Ben great for sound and some heat.I have some fans on order to make up for the rest. 6d30a580a151488f48bb3a0e4353420b

No experience with those but I can tell you the attwood is pretty quiet. With engine running it's barely audible.

Thanks for the suggestion, I was going to ask what most preferred.

Interested to see how this does when the temps drop.....it was a blustery 59 degrees this am in VA. I have (2) 3" Blowers to install. I will be reversing these fans in the winter to get some heat. All my neighbors rely on me to plow their driveways. Hopefully will keep me warmer than my flask of fireball has done over the past couple of winters.

Will you be able to hear more engine noise with these vents installed? I would think so. @Delton, can you take some DB readings before and after?

I didn't use my decibel app but I can say for sure it isn't any louder with the vents. I can't tell a difference in sound at all. Hoping I can tell a temp difference on Wednesday. Going back to mtn with DrFubar to try them out.

I ordered 2" black plastic vents from vent masters. They sent me a pack of 1.5" and a pack of 1". I guess they got confused. I went ahead and put in 5 of the 1.5". I can always swap them out by cutting bigger holes if I think I need more air I guess.

I ordered black 2" ones in plastic and metal. The metal ones are brown lol. They need to pay more attention.

I'm beginning to wonder if vents are even necessary. Water will get through the vents and I don't have a problem with debris inside the cab. Having open holes would certainly flow more air. What's y'all's opinion on it?

Vents might be more useful in winter. Maybe use flexible ducting to point it at the windsheild for defrost. Then stick it down your shirt to keep warm. :D

Car air vents mast 2
This maybe an option as well for direction of air flow when used as a heater. Just looked up ac car vents. There are all kinds of shapes and sizes.

I like the round one in the middle. Just turn it and get airflow wherever you want. Great idea!

I have two 3" blowers but one 4" will do just as well. Go to Amazon.com and search for attwood 3 inch bilge blower. I got both of mine for less than 34 bucks.
I got the 4 inch blower works great ! I bought 2 thinking both would fit could only get one in it does the job really well. The 4 inch is more CFM`s.

I rode to town little while ago and noticed removing the doors really helps too. Normally I turn on the blowers about halfway there but didn't even need them. I was pleasantly surprised.
