Haha, I was wondering when someone would do that.

@Delton and I were talking about reversing the fans for winter and using vents like this.

Good job man!

I would suppose it would also draw well to help the fans when in "cooling mode" Unless your have some kind of dampers/covers to cover them when you don't need them?

Wow that is a super clean install! Very well done. I don't know squat bout HVAC (except how to adjust the thermostat lol), can you give more specifics? Size, where bought, etc?. I was thinking to myself the other day how hard was it for blowers to get fresh air lol. This should help extend life of blower motor alot. Nice job! If there was a prize for mod of the month, you'd have my vote.

Order them off net. Place called vent masters. There 2 inch. Easy installation used a 2" hole saw bit. Think 6 of them were 10$ hopefully when I turn the blowers around this winter it will help in the cab.

Don't think they'd break? I may go back and get aluminum. I believe in overkill lol

Lol me too
Just ordered 6 aluminum ones. I'll find something to do with the plastic ones. My daughter likes to swing her legs sometimes and would probably smash the plastics lol. Thanks for the help! I may upgrade my blowers to 4" instead of the 3s too. I noticed at higher speeds on the road, the blowers don't do as good of a job. I'll wait to see how vents do first though.

Will you be able to hear more engine noise with these vents installed? I would think so. @Delton, can you take some DB readings before and after?
