Do it yourself. It honestly isn't that hard. I'm dangerous with beyond the simple things and I did it. There is tons of information here about how to do it. Like I said, take your time, look at everything on this forum, and definitely ask questions. People here will have your back.

Many guys have snorkeled for as little as 5. It's supposed to be but there have been a few water issues but nothing major

Never too cold. Try the Denali Hwy at sub zero temps... lol. And my wife loved it! It was probably 10 below when I first started the machine. No problems!

Complete, with all the vent lines, the pipe out of the hood, the air scoop, the clamps for the vent lines... I didn't keep track, but I still believe I spent under $100.

@joeymy33 gifted me most of my setup after my previous unit drowned but it's about 40 I believe for parts. Just snorkel.
