P500 What did you do to/with your Pioneer 500 today?

How does it ride? That's quite a bit of preload.

That seems like alot of height gain , would be curious to see where his adjuster nut is set at !

I was looking for that in the pic but the reservoir is in the way. Just because you can achieve that height doesn't make it ideal. Learned my lesson the hard way playing with the preload. Based on the amount of travel that is 3/4" too high. Might ride worse than the stockers at that point.

That’s a great idea, I still don’t know how far I can go on a tank. I need to keep better track lol.

Just installed a Silent Rider exhaust silencer. Earlier I used dust collection hose, brackets, 1 & 1/2" industrial Velcro to run the carb air intake up to top of roll bar, much cleaner air now, and it quieted the intake noise quite a bit. Now with adding the Silent Rider, it's even more quiet, driving around now kind of like a Ninja I do not hunt, I like some motorized things more quiet.

Thanks. I'd love to have something useful down in that spot and when I get back to the little shack up north I'll look into it a bit more to see if I can make it happen. It really sucks not having E.R.V. at this house.

I got to work on the mirror once again(final install I think), that thing is cool with front and rear camera's, GPS, WIFI, android touchscreen interface, FM broadcast and also installed a second honda roll bar bag on front bar over mirror so we have lots of storage and we cut some material to fill the gap between the top of the superATV windshield and the EMP roof.

Set the traps/targets for our monthly Sporting Clays match tomorrow. Expecting 80+ shooters. The 500 and it's ability to move precisely at slow speeds, it's narrow profile, and the hitch extending beyond the rack save me at least a couple hours each time I do this compared to the Mules and Polaris we also have.

Installed the WE on the rear, removed the sway bar all together and installed the Silent Rider.
Had to get creative with the reservoirs to put them inside the frame. Mount is up on drivers side due to the muffler and down on the passenger side due to the air box. Easily accessible though and tucked away. Thanks for the mount link Choog, way cleaner install than the pipe clamps they came with.
Had to cut my rear A arm guard to install the silencer. It is quieter, I could tell as soon as I started it.

My buddy and I took our daughters to his cabin up in Wisconsin. We rode about 85 miles today. Not sure how his daughter felt about it but mine was all smiles. Lots of memories made.
