Did my 1st snow plowing today. Pushed the 6” heavy snow / sleet mixture with ease. I’m still learning how to plow. My security cam captured the footage. I couldn’t push it any further down my driveway b/c my garage is there.

It did great! I'll bet that enclosed cabin is nice.

Took my 9-year-old son out on a ride with me. First real trail ride. This little pioneer did awesome! We got in and out of some tight stuff. In my part of Az it’s legal to ride the national forest off-trail or “cross-country” so we have a blast exploring.

I also used my new 66" KFI plow for the first time. My gravel drive is about 130 feet long and 25 feet wide. The snow was 6+ inches deep and very wet and heavy. I had removed the synthetic rope and replaced it with about 16 feet of 1.25" wide strap with a working load of 700 lbs and 2100 lb breaking strength (I found a 2-pack of ratchet straps for $12 at Canadian Tire).
At first I found it difficult to coordinate the required actions but felt comfortable with the procedure within a few minutes. I am very glad that I disabled the reverse lever. I will still have to figure out a quicker plan of attack to get the snow where I want it with the least number of passes.
I am using stock tires and had no difficulty with traction in 2wd except when trying to backup after I dropped a load in a ditch across the road from the end of my drive; it climbed out immediately in 4wd.
Should I just keep it in 4wd while plowing?

Just got out of the ranch. Man, it no easy to load elk by yourself. Took me 4 hours to retrieve, get sled , come back, drive again, drive 15 miles distance in 1 gear 4w drive :). I need to make a sxs trailer for elk :) or deer , to make it more efficient

Went deer hunting Monday evening, came back with a full load of hogs.

Got stuck crossing a slough from the extra weight with no phone nor flashlight. Rear rack was nearly submerged with the exhaust gurgling under water, and I was thankful I snorkeled and extended all lines. I was a mile from camp and the Winch cable wasn’t long enough to get to a tree. Thankfully I had a 15’ tow strap that gave me 3 inches to spare to get around the closest tree.

I got wet, but I got out!

Love that last pic and have always wanted to take one of those myself. Looks great in a still shot but when you actually do it is pretty ugly and not very exciting. :D
It’s true! Landing sounds like a tool box dropping on the garage floor...sore neck muscles the next day...but “checked that off my list” was worth it, and no harm done to the tough little machine.
