I disliked the really dark blue of the Kobalt box. So I painted it to closely match the P5's green color. It's definitely not a perfect match but it toned down the big blue "look at me box".

Thought you ordered a ball hitch?
I had already bought a ball hitch but I like this design to adapt the Pin hitch style as well. I'll keep the other and if I ever mount a front receiver tube, I'll place it there.

Cut out a .5" sheet of plywood to mount on top of the rack and underneath the rear box like @trigger did with his. Picked up some gear oil to change the differentials and some cable protection for the wires for the winch and other electrical lines. Tomorrow I'll be mounting the winch finally ......and the Hi-Lift Jack/Bumper. Maybe something else as well.....

Did some more work on the trailer today by welding on and mounting the spare tire mount. I also added two square tubes to the frame behind the spare tire to mount and hold my kayak trolling motor mount. After that was done, I got the Superwinch mounted and started the wiring. And mounted the solenoid under the hood. I'm wondering why the wiring is so long in the front and short in the rear? Was I supposed to put the solenoid further back on the P5? I put it under the hood as being the driest place to put it. I need to go buy some more cable/wire to reach the battery. Am I missing something? Why is the wire so long in the front and short in the rear?
Is the wire 6 Gage? The bolts used to attach the winch to the KFI mount seemed awfully short as well. Will most likely replace with 1/4" - 1/2" longer grade 8 bolts.

The Kayak pictured is so everyone can understand the mount I made for the mount that I made for the mount.....

I just attached the UTV 36" Hi-Lift Jack. Like @Alan had done with his. Hopefully this too will suffice in doubling duty as a front bumper. I think the jack was $102 and the mount another $30, and the neoprene cover all came out to $150+-. Not bad usage for the price IMHO.

Swapped out 2500 winch to a 3500 and mounted remote plug to grill, installed junction blocks under hood for all the add on connections. Like the junction blocks. Fed by 160 amp breaker. Wireless winch switch and engine oil change for tomorrow as looking at 3 days of rain. Walmart internet package for K&N 113 oil filter and synthetic oil came today.

@RickyB and me hit Windrock before the storm set in. Trail 22 was so much fun since it was so muddy and slippery. Here is a pic from the overlook. Look forward to hitting the trails again tommorow.

It's coming a downpour now, At least I'm getting a free carwash.

My wife made it thru the long mudhole on t22 with her 2016 Honda Rancher on the new 26" maxxis zillas I bought her. I've seen more than 1 Rzr stuck in it.

Sorry for the derail but speaking of a downpour...we got 7 inches of rain last night through here. Some areas close by didn't even get an inch. I got a little water in the basement but this is my neighbor two doors down. I offered to help but he had plenty of manpower, I did let him use my sump pump and hoses. In 14 years, I've never seen it this bad.

I always wonder why more people don't build on stilts in flood zones or have underground or monolithic homes in areas prone to hazardous weather condition areas.
