Painted the middle section of the bumper yellow. I have been thinking about doing this for awhile now and finally went ahead and did it!

Just installed Cargo carrier, 1/2 off price at Northern Tool $79. Left off receiver hitch piece, good fit, 49x22 1/2. Should be easier to wash out the mud. Next job is to cut a tailgate option on the first wooden box. It never ends....

I like that! I have that carrier sitting in corner of my barn and hadn't used in several years. Now I have a use. How did you attach to bottom frame?

@32lakes , for permanent mount used two hex head bolts midpoint and into the flat rack frames, but very tight fit to get a wrench underneath, but this looks the best. I should have tapped some threads to eliminate the nut underneath. Likely to remove those and just use squared u bolts on outside edge, with nuts on bottom so I can more easily change it out with my other wooden box when needed. Already had sticky weatherstripping strips on frame for rattle and paint protection.

I got her a new trailer hitch in the event I need to tow something or use it as a clevis or D-ring as a rear attachment point for recovery purposes. What size TOW balls do you use on your hitches?

If you are towing a goosenenck trailer you will need a 2 5/16" otherwise you need a ball that is the size your tounge hitch requires. I had to put a 5th wheel plate on my P5 for my towing needs.

I've never seen a gooseneck trailer for a Pioneer.

I got her up on blocks and attached the KFI winch mount. Wasn't easy with the two U bolts not quite wanting to go around the tube. I ended up having to spread them a little with 2 pairs of channel lock pliers and presto! Tomorrow I remove factory skid plates and start mounting the winch and street legal kit etc...

I got my big tool/storage box bolted and welded to the Trailer today. Gonna be a pita to replace the boards one day...For once I wasn't thinking too far forward. Oh well for now. I have a few more things to do to the trailer before it's finished like mount the Jerry cans, kayak racks, a mount for the trolling motor mount, add the spare tire mount ... Also removed one of the factory skid plates on the P5 and started figuring out where to mount the UTV Hi-Lift on the front for use as a bumper like @Alan .
Air here is getting hard to breathe, too much humidity! Like breathing warm Jell-O
