Got a couple things I'm waiting to hear back on, otherwise may stick with glass just with a different company. It's pretty rough on arms and shoulders though and want to find my way out of the all day manual labor aspect of it and maybe a bit more management and whatnot. I'm not old yet, but for this job I'm getting there fast..

I have a small fortune tied up in camera glass but I also call them in. It becomes a mixed bag of both.
