P1000 What is this ??

Removed the factory skid plate and found this rolling around.

Anyone know what it is or where it goes ??

We've found these before in new units, we believe it's some sort of plug for something on the engine before they install it.

It's nothing the machine is missing or needs to operate.

That looks like a vacuum operated deceleration throttle modulator test plug. Thought they stopped using those back in the 70s....

You have found the Flux Capacitor Valve assembly . If you look close the brand name on it will be ACME .
