Hey guys I did try to search it but didn't find much. Really only going to be running a bilge fan and light bar. I'm going to run a distribution block for my key in power, distribution block for my grounds, and I'm going to relay both accessories off my second battery for the main power. I'd really like to just run universal wire size for OCD purposes lol. 14 gauge enough? Also what size inline fuse would you recommend for the bilge fan and 52 inch light bar? Thanks in advance!

I think i ran 12 for most everything. Might be over kill but makes me feel better. Id do 10 amp on the blower.

8 gauge for my primary to the fuse box and then I bought 50' black extention cords and used it for most of my runs. You really need to figure your amperage for each accessory or circuit and go from there. I like to error on the side of caution with wiring. I think my bilge fan was either 5 or 10 amp fuse, and my 52" light bar 30amp fuse.. again, I ran everything on separate circuits and switches. So make sure you know what the load is and go from there.

I bought 12 for mine, I'm OCD and anal about stuff(same thing?) I bought a roll of lamp cord 12ga just to be safe. It also has a heavy rubber coating on the wire for good durability. The roll was enough every accessory I need.

I run a 5amp fuse for the bilge fan and it pops quickly if I forget to turn it off before a deep water crossing. I like it that way so it doesn't burn a wire or the fan.

I should say that I have one 4 inch bilge fan. If you're using dual fans then you will need to step up to a 10 amp fuse.

I think it's just slightly louder than a single bilge but it for sure moves more air. I don't notice the noice at all when riding. I rarely if at all feel the heat.. and that's usually only when it's steam. I did notice the steam more with just the single bilge. I simply ziptied my big fan under the seat pointed toward the headers.

wow I would have never thought you could run 18 ga for some of those amps and length! thank you
after a little bit that 18 ga wire will start acting like a heater. regardless of its length there is no way I'd fuse it more that 10 amps. Old vacuum cleaner cord works good for small stuff. I used it to wire led cubes (2 per) with 10 fuses.

I ended up using 16 gage for most stuff like my LED lights and such. for the Speakers I used 14 or 12 gage.

here is what I bought for 16 gage
