Chainsaw, just another thing on the long and grow they can't be wing list of stuff I NEED!!

Well I have been trying to use my Dolmar 9710, it is burbling, to rich on high speed, thought there was a piece missing to convert splined needle to flat screw driver, like the low speed adjustment. Found out the F### heads at the EPA have regulated small engine MGF. to design them where the consumer can't adjust them. So It runs great in the winter and pollutes in the summer. Our Government at work. Four out I can order a small engine carburetor adjustment kit off Amzon, next on my list to do's
