Please share how you did this and what I would need to purchase to make it happen. I like this Idea a lot.

I'm interested in this too. I'd love to be able to fold down the lower portion of windshield to let air in without taking it off.

Hello I used 2 piano hindges and cut the window along the line where it makes its bend when I got to middle anchor I just went up and around it. I then bought a couple rubber bumper stops so the window had something to rest on the edges then used some mini bungee straps to hold it down. I bought some threaded knobs to thread into the window brackets because of how my doors hook on without those you could probably just unsnap it from the roll cage. Works awsome maybe one of the best things I've done so far.

What did you use to cut it with? Where did you find the bump stops and the threaded Knobs at?

I cut it with a jig saw. I got everything at ace hardware.

Nope. You lost me at drilling holes in the fenders. Great idea, this is the reason why I have a summer and winter windshield.
